We deliver a concept design, floor plan, elevations and detailed estimate based on our ‘Cormorant Range’ selections.

prepare and approve
We simplify the complexity by preparing all final pricing and details on a HIA Plain Language Building Contract and provide detailed works specification to ensure a complete and clear understanding before moving forward.

Collaborating with your personal Selections Consultant to choose from our valued
suppliers, customizing your colors and finishes so that your new home truly reflects your personal preferences.

Our pre-construction meeting ensures everyone is aligned and ready to press ‘go’.
Once all approvals are in place, construction begins on site.
